Error Alerts & Notifications
Get notified the moment a deployed flow fails, by email and in-app, with a direct link to the failing log.
What it is
Error alerts notify you as soon as a flow in a deployed project hits an error. Instead of keeping Logs open to watch for failures, Lamatic sends the alert to you directly.
What it does
- Email alerts: includes the flow name, project, error message, and a “Check Log” link straight to the failing run.
- In-app alerts: same error details, surfaced in the notification bell and stacked as they come in.
- Near real-time delivery: alerts trigger per error within a 5-minute window.

Managing your notifications
Profile-level preferences
Your profile page has dedicated controls to turn email and in-app notifications on or off, independent of any specific project.
Project-level settings
Each project has its own Notifications page under Settings. From here you can:
- Turn email and in-app alerts on or off for the whole project.
- Control which team members receive alerts, per recipient and per channel.
Notification schedule (from the notification icon)
Open the notification bell in the navbar to set a delivery schedule for each notification preference. The schedule controls when external-channel notifications (like email) are delivered.
- Toggle specific days on or off, and set an allowed time range (From / To) for each day.
- Outside the scheduled window, external-channel notifications pause.
- In-app and critical notifications are always delivered, regardless of the schedule.
This lets you, for example, mute email alerts overnight or on weekends while still catching critical issues in-app.
This gives you full control over exactly who gets notified, how, and when, for every project.
